Why We Do This

We feel we have a key role to play in providing our services to this community.

Compensation was described by the New York Times in 2017 as one of the “most toxic issues of our times”. The continued commentary around executive pay, pay equality, reducing gender and ethnicity pay gaps remain some of the most talked-about topics in the news. The COVID Pandemic has certainly intensified this debate and widened inequality.

The COVID 19 Pandemic has also shone a significant spotlight on the Benefits and Wellbeing agenda in North America. Conversations around healthcare provisions have naturally intensified, and many employers have been forced to evaluate and invest in a benefits and wellbeing strategy that had been found wanting during 2020.

The Compensation & Benefits community across North America numbers in excess of 500,000 professionals. However, there isn’t a single search firm in this location that is dedicated to serving and supporting this community. We have always believed that Compensation & Benefits is a unique technical discipline that, whilst being part of HR, is an industry in its own right.

The Compensation & Benefits profession has never been more in the spotlight, and as such, we feel we have a key role to play in providing our services to this community.
